&Open offers a number of digital gift voucher types and providers. This article covers the redemption process and steps to claim a Starbucks gift card sent through &Open.
&Open Gift Invitation Redemption
If invited to redeem a gift by email, you'll receive an invitation along these lines, customized to match your gift sender's brand. Click on the 'Get my gift' button to proceed to the redemption landing page.
If invited to redeem a gift via a Gift Link, or once you've clicked on the 'Get my gift' button, you'll arrive at the redemption landing page.
Click the 'Get my gift' button here to proceed.
You'll see a preview of what you'll be redeeming, and you can read about the gift provider. Click the 'Get my voucher' button to continue.
Add your name and email address to confirm where the gift card should be sent.
You'll see a success message once the gift card is successfully redeemed.
Check your email for a link to the gift card. Click the 'Redeem the code' button to claim your gift.
Activating your Gift Card
After clicking the 'Redeem the code' button above, you'll be directed to Xoxoday, the provider for the Starbucks gift cards.
Click the 'Collect Voucher' button.
Here you'll be directed to the link to access your gift card, and the Pin needed to redeem it. Click the icon to copy the 'Activation pin', and then click the Voucher link url.
Paste the Activation pin in the field for the 'Challenge token' on the next page. Click the 'Continue' button to proceed.
Here you'll find your gift card information. Print or scan this barcode to use your gift card at any Starbucks location near you.
Click through to create a Starbucks account or log in to your existing account to add your gift card to your account, if preferred.
