Send Marketplace gifts to multiple recipients using one shareable link or QR code
OneLink is ideal for events, webinars and other occasions when you don’t know your recipients’ details in advance. Recipients pick their gift and enter their own address details, and your account pays only when a gift is redeemed.
Before you start
You must be an admin to create a OneLink. Learn more about permissions here.
Decide which gifts to offer and how many recipients should be able to redeem. The default maximum is 15 redemptions per OneLink. Reach out to your &Open contact for support if a higher maximum is needed.
Create your Marketplace OneLink
On the send page, select gifts from Marketplace section, then go to checkout.
Choose Send using a gift link as your sending method.
Under Gift link type, select OneLink. The default is Individual Links, so make sure you change this before continuing.
Set your redemption limit. This is the maximum number of recipients who can redeem through the link. It defaults to your account’s maximum.
Under Domain rules, choose who can redeem:
Anyone with the link: Anyone who receives the link or scans the QR code can redeem, up to your redemption limit.
Only specific email domains: Restrict redemption to recipients using an email address from the domains you specify (such as @andopen.co).
Give your OneLink a name so it’s easy to find later. Add your gift note and choose a theme.
Review your details and submit.
On the confirmation page, copy your link or download the QR code to share with your recipients.

Important: Your gift selection and redemption limit cannot be changed after the OneLink is created. Check both carefully before submitting. To offer different gifts or more redemptions later, create a new OneLink.
How recipients redeem
Recipients open your link or scan your QR code, then:
Enter their email address.
Choose their gift.
Add their delivery address.
If you’ve restricted the OneLink to specific email domains, recipients must use an address from an allowed domain. Each email address can redeem one gift through that OneLink.
Frequently Asked Questions
When am I charged?
The checkout cost summary shows the cost of the full redemption limit, helping you understand the maximum potential spend.
Your account pays for each gift when it is redeemed, using your account’s card or prepaid payment setup for Marketplace gifts.
Track or stop redemptions
Go to Gift history → View OneLinks to find your OneLink and view redemptions and delivery status.
Account admins can terminate a OneLink from this section to stop further redemptions. Gifts that have already been redeemed will still ship.
What if I need more than 15 redemptions?
Contact your &Open POC to discuss increasing your account’s maximum before creating your OneLink. An existing OneLink’s redemption limit cannot be increased.
How can I control who redeems?
Use Only specific email domains to restrict access. If you choose Anyone with the link, the link or QR code can be shared beyond your intended audience, so set a redemption limit you’re comfortable with.
