Where can I see the status of my request once I have submitted it?

Under 'My Tickets' you will find a summary of every request you have submitted. This includes the recipient's name, the progress status, the reference number, the date submitted and the date the request was last updated. Clicking on 'Open' will allow you to see more details, including the address that the user entered, and the gift they selected and received.
