Short description
As a gift sender, you may want to send gifts to multiple people at the same time, using the campaign tool. You can add new recipients to an existing campaign or edit an existing campaign, if you wish.
Prerequisites
You’ve confirmed the following information:
The correct spelling of your recipients’ first names and last names
The correct spelling of your recipients’ email addresses
Context
You can add new recipients to an existing campaign if you wish. This is helpful if, for example, new members join your team or you want to send gifts to a larger number of people.
Steps
From the homepage, choose ‘Campaign’ > ‘Get started’.
Choose ‘Add to ‘ > ‘Campaign Index’.
Select the campaign that you want to edit.
Choose the ‘Add more’ plus symbol to add more recipients.
5. Upload the spreadsheet file from your computer to the &Open platform for secure processing.
Note: In the spreadsheet file, do not begin a cell of information with a zero (0) or a plus symbol (+), unless they are preceded by a comma symbol ('). Please ensure you use the correct formatting and that all of the information is correct so we can successfully process the recipient details.
6. In the pop-up window, review the information about how many gifts we are sending to your recipients.
If the number is not correct, choose 'Cancel'.
If the number is correct, choose to send your gifts.
Note: Please ensure you review and confirm the information before completing the process. Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to a campaign after we send the email invitation to the recipients.
Results
Your updated campaign is available from the homepage under ‘Management’ > ‘Campaign’ > ‘Campaign Index’, where you can view its status.
