Adding media to a custom theme
Click on the name of the Theme that you'd like to edit.
From the side menu, click on "Media."
Add media files like image and video, and you will see the changes in real time in the preview section.
The platform offers the flexibility to add a custom logo from the "Logo" section, while adding a custom image into the redemption landing page is managed through the "Redemption Page" section.
For optimal results, ensure that videos are within the 25MB limit and in either .mp4 or .mov format. Likewise, images should not exceed 5MB and can be uploaded in .jpeg or .png format.
The background video feature does not support sound.
For sending video messages, our platform offers a feature called "GiftClips." To send a GiftClip, simply upload your video and choose the "In-Line" option. Videos should not exceed 60 seconds.
You have the option to personalize the gift invite email by scrolling down to the "Email Image" section and adding a custom image.
Please ensure files are under 5MB. Files in .jpeg, .png or .gif.
Save the changes.
Adding media to Happiness Check pages
Click on the name of the Theme that you'd like to edit.
From the side menu, click on "Media."
Scroll down on the left pane to the Happiness Check Illustrations section.
Add or replace the media there. Preview the changes by selecting the Happiness Check pages from the dropdown in the main pane.
Adding media to Gift Link Previews
Click on the name of the Theme that you'd like to edit.
From the side menu, click on "Link Sharing."
Upload an image to be used for link previews when gifting recipients via direct gift link or OneLink. Recommended Image Dimensions: 1200 x 630 pixels
Please ensure files are under 5MB. Files in .jpeg, .png or .gif.
