How do I find Cost Centers and Purchase Order numbers in reports?

First, Gift History will show a record of the Cost Center and PO number assigned to any gift request if/when applicable.

If you wish to dig deeper into the downloadable reports, you can find Cost Center and PO number data in the following downloadable reports:

Activity Report

Dispatch Report

On-Demand Payment Activity Report

This data will be available in said reports for each request when applied. Fields will be left blank if Cost Center/PO is not added.
