Why are only some countries available to send?

Short description

&Open supports our platform with logistics warehouses across the world. This allows the storage and sending of our gifts across the world. However, what country options you have may be limited depending on your &Open account. This is also dependent on the &Open product you are using.

Context

For &Open enterprise accounts your admins may have limited the country list to those countries included in the programme. As programme's evolve and grow, that country list will evolve and grow as well. If you wish to review your enterprise account's available shipping countries please contact your account manager or email clientsupport@andopen.co

&Open On-Demand gifts are sent directly from our hand picked vendors. This means we can provide easily accessible, unique and thoughtful gifts that are local to your gift recipient. &Open On-Demand will only show you gift vendors who are available within the region you have selected when sending a gift. Due to the nature of this, we may not have gift vendors available in your recipient's location yet.

We are constantly working to improve and expand our On-Demand gift selection, if you have a location you wish to send gifts to that is not available please let us know through support@andopen.co.
