Why are only some countries available to send?

Overview

&Open supports our platform with logistics warehouses across the world. This allows the storage and sending of our gifts across the world. However, what country options you have may be limited depending on your &Open account. This is also dependent on the &Open product you are using.

Sending custom gifts from &Open warehouses

For &Open enterprise accounts your admins may have limited the country list to those countries included to gift for your price tier. If you wish to review your enterprise account's available shipping countries please contact your &Open point of contact.

Sending On Demand Marketplace gifts

&Open On Demand gifts are sent directly from our hand picked vendors. This means we can provide easily accessible, unique and thoughtful gifts that are local to your gift recipient. The Marketplace will only show you gift vendors who are available within the region you have selected when sending a gift. Due to the nature of this, we may not have gift vendors available in your recipient's location yet.

We are constantly working to improve and expand our On Demand gift selection.
