How do I populate a .xlsx file using Google sheets?

Step-by-step guide to editing the .xlsx templates using Google sheets.

  1. Download the .xlxs template when prompted. There are two templates available depending on the campaign you are sending:
    ​Invitational campaign: Invitational Template.xlsx
    ​Surprise campaign: Surprise and Delight Template.xlsx

  2. Open Google Sheets on your browser and create a new spreadsheet

  3. Select File > Import on the spreadsheet navigation bar

4. In the Import File window, select Upload
5. Select Replace Spreadsheet
6. Click Import data
7. Rename the spreadsheet with appropriate campaign name
8. Populate with recipient details
9. Export as a .xlsx file: Select File > Download > Microsoft excel (.xlsx)

10. Return to the campaign upload page
11. Drag and Drop your .xlsx file
12. And send!
