Campaigns are powerful tools that enable you to scale your gifting with &Open.
To create a campaign in the new sender experience, start by selecting the appropriate region you are shipping your gifts from using the "Shipping From" filter. This will show you the inventory you have on hand at each warehouse.
Add the gifts you would like to send to your cart, and then select "Create Campaign" to start the campaign setup process.
Here in the campaign setup step, you'll be able to:
Name and describe your campaign
Determine if you are sending all of the gifts or a choice to the recipient
Select the appropriate notecard
Select the appropriate recipient theme
Determine if you would like to send gift links or emails
Edit the copy of your gift invitation email (if applicable)
Save your campaign for future use
*A note about User Roles & Permissions: Please note that only Admins can create campaigns. If you need to create a campaign and do not have access to do so, please contact your account administrator.
Once your campaign is created and saved, you will be able to proceed to the step where you can add your recipients. Select the "Send Now" button to begin sending your campaign to recipients.
Before being able to upload your first recipients to a campaign, you will have an opportunity to review or edit the campaign's configuration once more. You can edit the gift selection, the notecard, or the sending method here.
Scroll down to find the recipient details section. To upload your recipients, use the manual entry option or use our .CSV template to upload larger recipient batches.
If there are errors in your recipient details, you will see them identified in red. You can promptly fix these errors at this stage by selecting the option to "Review List." Once they are resolved, you can go onto the next step by pressing the "Send gifts" button.
You will land on a success page once you have sent your emails. The success page will include your gift links if you chose to send your gifts via link. Copy those links right there, or download the file for future use.
You can review your gift sends by clicking "Go to Gift History." Otherwise, you can upload a new batch to your campaign when you are ready straight from the homepage.
