How do I order enterprise gifts?

To order gifts as an enterprise customer, access the catalogue via the link provided.

From there, select the warehouse you wish to ship to. This will ensure you are looking at gifts that can be sent to the warehouse location you will be utilizing.

If you plan to order the same gifts to two different warehouses, you will need to place one order for each warehouse.

Now, you will be able to view our offer and shop for gifts!

If an item has multiple color or style options, these will be visible on the individual product pages alongside other important information such as minimum order quantities, lead times, and more.

In this example, all style options appear in the dropdown.

Please note that orders cannot be placed for less than the minimum order quantities.

While shopping for gifts, you'll notice prompts to remind you to add a notecard to your order. While notecards are not required, we highly recommend ordering enough notecards to align with your total quantity of gifts. At &Open we believe notecards are an important element to the gift itself, as they are a tool to help emphasize meaning and intention.

Once you have added the items you would like to order to your cart, please review the order once more and then submit the order for review. This sends your order request to your CSM and our gift teams to review and confirm your order.

You'll see a full order summary which outlines your price estimate. This will also be sent to you via email. This will be your order confirmation.

To go back to your catalogue, simply click the &Open logo at the top left.

You can check on the status of any order by clicking on the account icon at the top righthand corner of your screen.

This will bring you to your orders portal, where you can review both pending and confirmed orders.

If you have a question about an order and are working with a CSM, we suggest using the order numbers provided here as reference numbers, so that we can more easily assist you.
