How do I view the gift status?

You can track the status of your sent gifts by visiting your “Gift History” page, where the delivery status of each gift is displayed.

You can view the following information for each gift invitation you’ve sent:

  • Gift recipient’s name

  • Date of the gift invitation

  • Gift sender’s name

  • Gift invitation reference code

  • Invite and gift status

  • Date of gift redemption

  • Payment status

If you are in a rush, you can search through your gift invitations, using any of the following details:

  • Gift recipient's name

  • Gift sender's name

  • Gift invitation reference code

  • Gift vendor's name

  • Gift name

You can keep track of a gift invitation from the moment you send it to the moment the gift arrives at your recipient’s door. We use the following statuses to confirm each step along the way:

Invite and gift status

Description

Gift invite sent

We’ve sent the gift invite to your gift recipient and we are waiting for them to select their gift.

Reminder sent

We've sent a gentle reminder to your gift recipient in case they've forgotten to open their gift invite and redeem their gift.

Gift invite opened

Your gift recipient has opened the email invite and they've viewed the gift options available.

Gift redeemed

Your recipient selected their gift and entered their postal address, and we’re making the gift ready for delivery.

Gift in transit

We’ve sent the gift to your recipient’s postal address and the delivery company is on the way!

We've also charged your payment card for the gift, service fee, and shipping.

Delivered

We’ve sent the gift to your recipient’s postal address and it’s been successfully delivered, which means your gift invite is now fulfilled and completed. If you like, you can send another great gift.
