What is Gift History?

Gift History is intended to give you access to all the details you'd need to mange and track your gift sends. Using Gift History, you can search for and manage all of the gift requests in your &Open account. To access this space, use your Navigation Bar in the upper righthand corner of your screen and select Gift History from the dropdown. Now you will see the details of all your gift requests.

To quickly and easily search for a particular request or data set, simply use the search and filter functionality at the top of the page. This functionality allows you to:

  • Toggle to show only your gift requests

  • Sort by sent date

  • Sort by delivery status

  • Sort by payment status (relevant for On-Demand gift requests)

  • Sort by Campaign name

  • Use the search bar for a more open-ended search

On the first page of your Gift History, you will see the following details:

  • Name of the recipient

  • Date that the request was sent

  • Gift request reference number

  • Name of the user who sent the gift request

  • Name of the Campaign (if applicable)

  • Name of the Group within the Campaign (if applicable)

Upon clicking into a specific gift request, you can dive deeper into the individual gift request. Here, you will see a view of the delivery status timeline, as well as the gift details and notecard. Additionally, if you sent your gift invitation via email, the invitation email content will be visible here as well.

Admins can see every gift request in Gift History.

Gift Senders can only see their own gift requests.
