As a gift sender, you can choose a single gift option to send to your recipient, or you can select a number of gift options and allow your recipient to choose the one they like best. You may wonder whether your gift recipient can change their gift during the redemption process or after delivery.

We want your recipient to have a joyous experience redeeming and receiving their gift.

Depending on your preferences, you may choose to send one gift option to your recipient, which is ideal if you know them well and you know what they like. Alternatively, you may select a variety of gift options and allow your gift recipient to choose the one they like best (we really like this option). Offering a selection increases the likelihood of your recipient finding and redeeming a gift they love.

When your recipient chooses their preferred gift, the information is automatically shared with the relevant vendor, who then processes the gift for delivery. When the gift is sent, we charge the payment card on your account for the full amount due.

Unfortunately, your recipient cannot change their gift choice during the redemption process or after delivery.
