Help: I can't log in to my account

It can happen to anyone: you may have some trouble logging in to your account. We hope you don't, of course, but just in case, you can resend the confirmation instructions by following the steps below.

Steps

  1. Enter the email address you entered when you first created the account.

2. Choose the 'Trouble logging in?' link.

3. Choose the 'Didn't receive confirmation instructions?' link.

4. Enter the correct email address associated with the account, and choose 'Send instructions'.

5. Check for our confirmation email to log in and start sending great gifts in seconds.

Results

The confirmation email is re-sent to your email address. You can use the 'Get gifting' link to access your account.
