To send a gift using our new gift sender experience, all you need to do is log into your account and you'll see a brand new, revamped home page which features a unified catalog for easy access to both our On-Demand marketplace and enterprise custom gifts. Your custom gift catalog will appear at the top, and below that you will see the On-Demand gift catalog filled with hundreds of gift options from best-in-class brands that you can gifted in an instant.
Select the gifts you would like to send by clicking the "+ Add to Cart" button.
Once you have filled your cart with gifts, press "Checkout" to proceed to the next step where you'll enter customization and recipient details.
On the next page you'll review your gift selection and have an opportunity to make any last minute changes if necessary. Then, select the appropriate notecard from your catalog to make sure it perfectly compliments the gift you are sending.
You'll then be prompted to select your gift sending method. Your two options are: "Share a link" or "Send using email."
If you select "Share a link", you'll receive a unique URL to share with your recipient(s) however you would like — via email, text message, etc.
If you select the option to send using email, your recipient(s) will be sent your custom branded email flow. Just keep in mind that either path you take, you will need your recipient(s) first and last name. You will also need your recipient's email if you select the "Send using email" option.
You can edit the content of the email if you select "Send using email," otherwise you will be prompted to enter your recipient(s) details next. If you need to gift multiple people, you can easily gift an unlimited number of individuals in just a few clicks. You can use the "Add 1 recipient" functionality to manually enter your recipient details, or use our batch upload function for larger gift sends.
Once you've entered your recipient details, all you'll need to do is click "Send Gifts" and you'll be all set. This button will either take you to a page with your gift links, or confirm that your recipient email(s) were sent!
