I am unable to send gifts as my account is suspended. How can I resume gifting?

Gifting is paused if the most recent payment has failed:

  • If the payment failed due to insufficient funds, you can top up your payment method and try the payment again manually to resume gifting

  • If the payment failed due to any reason other than insufficient funds, you will need to add a new payment method to resume gifting β€” once a new card is added to the platform, we will automatically initiate a payment to ensure the payment method is valid and can be used for gifting

Once the above steps have been taken, your account will be reactivated and you can resume gifting.
