Note: This feature is available only for enterprise accounts.
With GiftSync, you can automate gifting by linking your Salesforce contact lists to &Open. Follow the steps below to set up and manage automated gifting.
1. Connect Salesforce to &Open
Before using GiftSync, please ensure your Salesforce account is connected to &Open.
Navigate to the Integrations page.
Check the Active Integrations section to confirm that Salesforce is connected.
2. Create a Campaign with GiftSync
GiftSync works within the Campaigns feature, so you will need to create a new campaign.
Add gifts to your cart and click Create Campaign.
3. Set Up Your Campaign
Now, set up the campaign details:
Give your campaign a name – This helps you recognise it later.
Add a notecard (optional) – Personalise the gift with a message.
4. Enable GiftSync
Scroll down to the Salesforce section.
Select the Salesforce contact list you want to gift from.
Enable the GiftSync toggle – this is essential!
Once enabled, any new contact added to the selected list will automatically receive a gift invite.
5. Customise & Finalise Your Campaign
Choose a theme for the gift invite.
Select the sending method:
We recommend "Send as an Email", which ensures that each new contact added to your Salesforce list receives an email invite.
Click Create Campaign to finalise the setup.
6. Managing Your Campaign with GiftSync
Find your campaign on the Home Page.
Open the campaign and go to Recipient Details → Contacts.
Select Salesforce from the dropdown.
Here, you’ll see that GiftSync is enabled – new contacts added to this Salesforce list will automatically receive a gift invite.
