If you want to stop automated gifting through your Salesforce integration, follow these simple steps to disable GiftSync for a campaign.
1. Navigate to Your Campaigns
Go to the Home Page.
Scroll down to find your Campaigns section.
Click on View Campaigns.
2. Select the Campaign to Disable GiftSync
Locate the campaign where you want to turn off automated gifting.
Click on the campaign to open its details.
3. Disable GiftSync
You have two ways to disable GiftSync:
Option 1: Disable from the Top of the Campaign Page
At the top of the campaign page, you’ll see an option to disable GiftSync.
Click on it to stop automated gifting.
Option 2: Disable from the Salesforce Section
Scroll down to the Salesforce section within the campaign.
Toggle off GiftSync to disable automation.
Confirm turning off Giftsync from the modal and then click on "Update Campaign".
What Happens Next?
Once GiftSync is disabled, new contacts added to your Salesforce list will no longer receive automatic gift invites.
You can still manually send gift invites to selected recipients within the campaign.
