The &Open + Salesforce integration connects your gifting campaigns directly to your Salesforce instance, so gift invitations can be triggered automatically, delivery tracked, and results measured — all synced back to Salesforce.

Once it's live, gifting becomes part of how your sales and Customer Success teams already work — not something separate they have to remember to do.

What it makes possible

Trigger gift invitations based on Salesforce data

Your team can trigger gift invitations based on contact or lead records in Salesforce, with sends managed through the &Open platform. Great for personalized, one-to-one moments during a deal cycle or when renewing a contract.

For example: a CS manager spots a renewal at risk. They use the &Open platform to send a gift invitation linked to the contact record — a small, thoughtful gesture that keeps the relationship warm while the commercial conversation continues.

Automate gifting based on deal activity

Use Salesforce Flows to trigger gift invitations automatically when something changes — when a contact is added to a Campaign — either manually or via a Flow triggered by deal activity. Once the automation is set up, gifting just happens.

For example: when a deal moves to "Proposal sent," a Flow automatically adds the prospect to a gifting campaign. They receive a gift invitation once the daily sync runs — with no action required from the sales rep.

Keep gift status in sync

When a gift invitation is sent, redeemed, or delivered, Salesforce records it automatically on the contact record. Your team always knows where things stand, and you can build reports and dashboards around the data.

For example: a rep is about to call a prospect and checks the contact record. They can see the gift was redeemed yesterday — so they open the call knowing the timing is perfect for a follow-up conversation.

Measure your gifting ROI

Use Salesforce's native reporting tools to track which gift campaigns are driving the outcomes that matter — booked meetings, closed deals, renewals. The data lives where your team already measures performance.

For example: after a quarter of gifting across a target account list, your team builds a Salesforce report comparing win rates on deals where gifting was used versus those where it wasn't — with all the data already in the CRM.

  • A Salesforce admin — to configure the sync between Salesforce Campaigns and &Open, and to set up any Flows

  • Your &Open Customer Success Manager — to enable the integration on your account and walk your team through the setup

  • Optionally, a developer — to add custom fields to your Contact and Lead records so gifting data is captured in the right place
