Gift History will show a record of the Cost Center and PO number assigned to any gift request if/when applicable.
Locating Cost Centers and POs in Reports
If you wish to dig deeper into the downloadable reports, you can find Cost Center and PO number data in the following downloadable reports:
Activity Report
Dispatch Report
On-Demand Payment Activity Report
This data will be available in said reports for each request when applied. Fields will be left blank if Cost Center/PO is not added. Look for the following Columns in these reports:
Cost Center Name
Cost Center Code
PO name
PO code
