First, be sure to select the appropriate recipient location from the On-Demand dropdown for the most relevant and accurate regional voucher selection. These vouchers differ by country, so the correct country selection is critical to recipient happiness.
Next, choose a digital voucher from the On‑Demand shopping experience or add multiple vouchers to your cart if you wish to give your recipient a choice.
Please note that for each voucher available via On-Demand, there are different values that are possible to send. Before adding a voucher to your cart, you will be prompted to select the voucher value that you wish to send.
Once you've added your voucher or vouchers to your cart, you can send your gift as you usually would - including an email message if you wish, selecting your theme, and adding recipients. You can send to one or more recipients at a time. Budget Limits will work as normal here.
When the voucher is redeemed, the recipient will see their voucher code or link instantly. The code is generated at the time of redemption, so this means that you only pay for the voucher if and when the recipient redeems their gift.
