Gift new employees automatically

Set up a campaign that sends a gift invitation to every new joiner on (or around) their start date. Your welcome experience runs itself.

For example: a new engineer joins on a Monday. By the end of their first week, they've already received a gift invitation in their inbox — without the People team having to remember to send anything.

Recognize milestones without lifting a finger

Work anniversaries, long service milestones, team achievements — set up the campaign once, and &Open handles the sends as dates arrive.

For example: a long-serving employee hits their five-year anniversary. They receive a carefully chosen gift from the company — because a campaign was set up once, years ago, and has been running ever since.

Target specific groups with ease

Filter your employee list by team, location, manager, department, start date, or any other field in your HR system. No spreadsheet required — just select the filter and send.

For example: after a demanding product launch, the Head of People wants to thank the engineering team. They filter by department, select Engineering, review the list, and send a gift invitation to 45 people in a few clicks — no spreadsheet, no data wrangling.

Keep your data current automatically

When someone joins, moves teams, or leaves your company, your HR system updates &Open automatically. You're always working with accurate data.

For example: an employee moves from the London office to the New York office. Their record updates in the HR system, and &Open picks it up automatically — so the next time a location-based campaign runs, they're in the right list without anyone having to make a manual change.

A note on data and privacy

&Open only accesses the information it needs to send gifts: name, email address, team, location, start date, and similar fields. Sensitive data — salary, identification numbers, performance information — is not accessed by &Open. You'll see exactly which fields are shared before you complete the connection.

Who typically sets this up

  • An HR admin — someone with API access or admin rights in your HR system, who can approve the connection on your behalf

  • Your &Open Customer Success Manager — who will guide you through the connection process step by step

The connection itself takes around 15 minutes. Employee data syncs daily via a scheduled job.
