Campaigns have their own entry in the main navigation, so you can get there from anywhere in the platform. Every row in the campaign list shows live performance data, and you can filter, sort, and favorite campaigns to keep the ones you care about front and center.
Finding your campaigns
Select Campaigns in the main navigation to open your campaign list. You no longer need to start from your homepage.
Viewing campaign performance
Each row in your campaign list shows performance data directly. You'll see four counts: Sent (gift invitations sent through the campaign), Redeemed (how many gift recipients have chosen their gift), In transit (dispatched but not yet arrived), and Delivered (gifts that have reached their recipient). Each row also shows the number of groups involved and the total recipient count, along with a preview of the campaign's gifts.
To see a full breakdown, click on the title of the campaign. This takes you to the campaign's performance view.
Taking action on a campaign
Each campaign row has a three-dot menu (⋮) on the right. Open it to view performance, send the campaign, edit it, or archive it. Archiving asks for confirmation before anything changes.
Favoriting a campaign
Click the heart icon on any campaign row to add it to your homepage. Favorited campaigns stay on your homepage until you remove the favorite. Your favorites are saved to your account — they don't affect what anyone else on your team sees.
Filtering your campaigns
Use the filters above the campaign list to narrow down what you're looking at. You can filter by owner, team, connected integration (Pinterest, Salesforce, Notion, HubSpot, or Mailgroup), or a custom date range. Each filter supports multiple selections. Your applied filters are saved automatically, so they're restored the next time you open the list.
Sorting your campaigns
Use the sort control to change the order campaigns appear in. The options are:
Newest first
Oldest first
Recently used
Send count (highest first)
Redemption rate (highest first)
Name (A–Z or Z–A).
Questions and answers
What do the performance numbers on each row mean?
Each row shows four counts. Sent is how many gift invitations have gone out through the campaign. Redeemed is how many gift recipients have chosen their gift. In transit shows gifts that are on their way. Delivered shows gifts that have arrived.
Can I permanently delete a campaign?
Not at this time — archiving is the only removal option. To archive a campaign, open its three-dot menu (⋮) and choose Archive Campaign. You'll see a confirmation window before anything changes.
Do my filters reset when I come back?
No. Your applied filters are saved to your account and restored automatically the next time you open the campaign list.
Does the updated campaign list work on mobile?
Not yet. The updated campaign list is currently available on desktop only.
