The navigation groups every page in &Open by what you use it for, and it's on every page. You'll find your gifting, stock, reports and settings in one place, with your budget and account at the foot.
Getting around on a computer or tablet
The navigation is a slim bar of icons down the left of the screen.
Point at the bar to open it out and see the name of each group. On a tablet, tap the bar to open it.
Point at a group, or tap it, to see its pages.
Choose the page you want.
The group and page you're on are highlighted, so you can always tell where you are. To get back to your homepage from anywhere, choose the &Open logo at the top of the bar.
The basket is at the top right of every page. The number on it shows how many gifts are in it.
Getting around on a phone
On a phone, a bar across the top of the screen holds the &Open logo, the basket and a menu button.
Tap the menu button to open the full-screen menu.
Tap a group to see its pages.
Tap the page you want.

You only see the pages your role and account give you access to. When a group holds a single page you can open, choosing the group takes you straight there.
Order inventory opens &Open's store in a new tab, so you can order branded gifts and swag for your warehouse.
Your budget and account
Your name and photo are at the foot of the navigation. Choose them to open a menu with View profile and Logout.
If your admin has set you a budget, you'll see it there too, with how much you have left and a bar. The bar changes color when you're running low. Choose your budget to see it in more detail on your profile.
Gift occasions
On a computer or tablet, Gift occasions has a bell icon in the navigation. It shows upcoming birthdays, work anniversaries and new hires from your HR system, and a number when there are new ones.
Choose it to see the latest occasions, or choose View all to see every one.
Skipping straight to the page
If you use a keyboard, press Tab when a page opens to show a Skip to content link. Choose it to jump past the navigation to the page itself.
Questions and answers
Why can't I see a page I'm looking for?
The navigation only shows the pages you can open. Users & Teams and Reports are for admins, for example. If you think you should see a page, ask an admin on your account to check your role.
Where has the Buy branded inventory button gone?
It's now Order inventory, under Stock in the navigation. It still opens &Open's store in a new tab.
Where has the notifications bell gone?
On a computer or tablet, it's now Gift occasions in the navigation. It shows the same birthdays, work anniversaries and new hires as before.
Why don't I see Gift occasions on my phone?
Gift occasions is available on a computer or tablet.
Where do I find my profile?
Choose your name at the foot of the navigation, then View profile. On a phone, open the menu and you'll find your name at the bottom.
