What is the &Open Gift Catalogue?
The &Open Gift Catalogue is a shoppable, curated collection of &Open’s top gifts and trusted brand partners. The catalogue holds hundreds of gifts that can fit many gifting occasions, from New Hire Onboarding Packs to Core Collections and more.
How to Access the &Open Gift Catalogue
Log into the Gift Platform and click the ‘Order Inventory’ button at the top right corner.
Access the catalogue using the email address used to log into the gift platform.
The catalogue can also be found at buying.andopen.co
Shopping from the Catalogue
Use the catalogue to order new inventory to hold in the &Open warehouses and distribute via the Gift Platform.
Once logged in, select the warehouse you wish to ship to. This will ensure you are looking at gifts that can be sent to the warehouse location you will be utilizing.
If you plan to order the same gifts to two different warehouses, you will need to place one order for each warehouse.
Now, you will be able to view our offer and shop for gifts!
If an item has multiple color or style options, these will be visible on the individual product pages alongside other important information such as minimum order quantities, lead times, and more.
Please note that orders cannot be placed for less than the minimum order quantities.
Once you have added the items you would like to order to your cart, please review the order once more and then submit the order for review. This sends your order request to your Account Manager and our gift teams to review and confirm your order.
You'll see a full order summary which outlines your price estimate. This will also be sent to you via email. This will be your order confirmation.
To go back to your catalogue, simply click the &Open logo at the top left.
You can check on the status of any order by clicking on the account icon at the top righthand corner of your screen.
This will bring you to your orders portal, where you can review both pending and confirmed orders.
If you have a question about an order and are working with an Account Manager, we suggest using the order numbers provided here as reference numbers, so that we can more easily assist you.
To order swag or gifts that are not currently in the gift catalogue, reach out to your Account Manager.
Order Dashboard
After placing an order through the catalogue, return to the main catalogue by clicking the &Open logo at the top left.
You can check on the status of any order by clicking on the account icon at the top righthand corner of your screen.
This will bring you to your orders portal, where you can review both pending and confirmed orders.
