Process status definitions are designed so you always know where your gift is.
Referred to admin team: The request has been referred to the admin team for processing either as per agent's request, or due to market limitations. The admin team will be in touch shortly to update you on the progress of this gift.
Awaiting recipient details from agent: The agent has not completed the request by filling out the required recipient details (name, email address and location). A request cannot be processed until these required fields have been entered and sent to our vendor.
Cancelled: This request has been cancelled, and no gift will be sent.
Awaiting recipient gift selection: The request has been successfully submitted and we are currently waiting for the recipient to select their gift from the email we sent them. Once they have selected a gift, it will be shipped to the address they enter.
Completed: This gift request has been processed after the user entered their details and selected their gift. The gift has been sent to the user and they should receive it shortly.
Sent to Gift Curator: This bespoke request has been successfully sent on to a Gift Curator, and you will be updated on any progress shortly.
Shipping pending: The user has selected their gift and entered their shipping address. The gift will be on its way shortly!
