Suspending a user disables access to the platform for gifting. This tool is available for Admins to use in cases where a user has left a company or has lost access to gifting.
To suspend a user, you'll want to access User Management from the righthand navigation bar. This will be your go-to destination for managing users and teams. As a friendly reminder, you must be an Admin to be able to make edits in this space.
Toggle to Users in the User Management space.
Click on the user you wish to suspend. This will open the user's profile.
You will find a Suspend User button in red at the bottom of this page. Click this button to proceed with suspension.
