Follow the steps below to create a work anniversary automation using our new segmentation and automation tools:
First, create and save a segment of employees you want to include in the work anniversary automation. Follow the steps in [this] article to create a data segment. (link before publishing)
Once your segment is saved, click the 'AutoGift' button (note: this is only available for HR integrations, not CRM)
Select 'Work Anniversary' from the automation options
Then, specify which milestone anniversary or anniversaries you want to celebrate for this specific automation. (for example: 5th, 10th, and 20th anniversaries)
Choose your gift selection and messaging by following the flow presented

Important notes:
Anniversary gifts will by default be sent on the actual anniversary date
The automation will automatically gift new individuals who enter your segment
Recipients receive gifts only on their specified milestone anniversaries. If sending a different gift for 5th and 10th anniversary for example, you would want to create separate segments and automations to ensure the appropriate gift is sent for each anniversary.
Only Admin users can create automations
During campaign setup, the "Shipping from X warehouse" filter ensures that you are using inventory from the correct warehouse. You will want to be sure that this filter is set to align with the original location filtering that occurred at the point of segment setup. Making sure these two filters match is critical to ensuring that the recipient list aligns to the warehouse and thus, ensures that redemption errors will not occur due to location restrictions
