AndOpen synchronises gift data to HubSpot by updating Contact custom properties. Labels in HubSpot can be customised to any value you prefer.

The following custom properties are synchronised to the Contact object in HubSpot:

andopen_most_recent_gift_link | URL | The invitation URL for the most recent gift sent to this contact |
andopen_most_recent_gift_sent_date | Date and time picker | The date when the most recent gift was sent |
andopen_most_recent_gift_redeemed_date | Date and time picker | The date when the most recent gift was redeemed by the recipient |
andopen_most_recent_gift_delivery_date | Date and time picker | The date when the most recent gift was delivered |
andopen_most_recent_gift_value | Number (currency formatted) | The value/cost of the most recent gift (in your account's currency) |
andopen_lifetime_gift_cost | Number (currency formatted) | The total cumulative value of all redeemed gifts sent to this contact |
How It Works
When a gift is sent through AndOpen, the following updates are made to the matching HubSpot Contact (matched by email address):

Creating the Custom Properties
Before enabling the HubSpot integration, you need to create these custom properties in your HubSpot account:
Go to Settings > Data Management > Properties
Select Contact properties
Click Create property
For each property listed above:
Set the Internal name exactly as shown (e.g.,
andopen_most_recent_gift_link)Set a Label of your choice (e.g., "AndOpen - Most Recent Gift Link")
Select the appropriate Field type (text, date, or number)
Save the property
