How to Track Gifts You Send

Managing your gift requests

To review any past gifts you've sent, click on 'Gift Requests' in the top right hand corner of your platform home page.

Here you will see a list of gifts that you've submitted. Right away, you'll notice a status for each gift on the left hand side. Below you will find a full list of statuses and their definitions:

Logistics states

Once the recipient chooses their gift and confirms their delivery address, the gift order is confirmed with our warehouse and logistics systems, and will pass through a number of logistics-related states on its journey to being delivered at the recipient’s address.

  • Shipping requested - The order has been acknowledged by the warehouse.

  • Shipping pending - Shippers have been contacted for the next collection at the warehouse

  • Shipping confirmed - A shipper has been confirmed and the warehouse is preparing the gift box for pickup.

  • Gift on way - The gift is en route from the warehouse.

  • Out for delivery - The gift is with a courier and will be delivered soon.

  • Shipping cancelled - If we need to intercede with a shipment for any reason, we may request that a shipment be cancelled with our logistics providers.

  • Shipping error / Shipping failed - Occasionally shippers will give us feedback that a shipment cannot be completed, due to an invalid address or other difficulty with gaining access to a delivery location. Both of these sub-states can occur in these cases. Different shipping companies will classify these differently.

  • Completed - The “Completed” state means that the delivery was successful and the gifting process has been completed end-to-end.

You can click into any of your gift requests to review the details and check the status by clicking on the word 'Open’ next to the gift request of your choice.

Here you'll see the request reference number, the recipient details, and the gift message you included. You'll also see a 'URL to share' which is a great tool if you'd like to remind your recipient to redeem their gift. This unique link is directly associated with each individual gift request and can be incorporated into a private email, DM, or text message with your recipient to remind them to redeem their gift if you would like to send a friendly reminder.
