Overview
As an Admin, you can add a payment card to your team to pay for the gifts sent by all Gift Senders on your team.
Adding a Payment Method
To add a payment card to your team:
From the homepage, navigate to to 'Users and Teams'.
Click the name of your team from the list.
Click the 'Team Settings' Button.
Click the 'Add Card' button and enter your payment method details.
On Demand Marketplace Gift Costs
There are no sign-up fees to use &Open On Demand. We charge the gift price, a 5% service fee and shipping — this shipping fee is determined by the vendor, and it may vary depending on the gift that your recipient chooses and their delivery address.
When we send the gift to your gift recipient, we will charge the payment card associated with your account.
Note: You will not be charged if the gift is not redeemed by the recipient.
Payment Receipts
You can access receipts for On Demand Marketplace by navigating to Gift History, opening the relevant gift, and downloading the linked receipt.
