Unlike custom gifts (which are produced in advance and stored in &Open’s warehouse), On Demand gifts are fulfilled directly by our vendor partners and ship straight to your recipient.
On Demand is designed for quick, flexible gifting. It's ideal for one-off sends, smaller volumes, and occasions where you don’t have time to plan ahead.

Add your recipient and send the gift invite.

The vendor partner ships the gift directly to the recipient.

Wider variety: On Demand expands the range of categories available (for example food, flowers, and alcohol, depending on region).
Fulfilled by vendor partners: Gifts ship from vendor inventory via distributed logistics (dropship-style fulfillment).
No warehousing required: There’s no lead time to produce or store inventory before sending.

Offering multiple gifts for recipient choice
Gift senders can include multiple gifts in the shopping cart when sending On Demand Marketplace gifts.
Recipients will be able to choose one option to redeem.
Marketplace gifts cannot be combined or bundled, as these are all shipped directly from our On Demand vendors.
