Where can On Demand Marketplace gifts be shipped?
You can send physical On Demand gifts to the US, UK and to countries across the EU, although certain gifts may have some shipping restrictions. Check the Gift Description page to review any shipping guidance for each item.
What is the timing for On Demand Marketplace gift shipments?
When your gift recipient chooses their gift and enters their delivery address, we automatically share the information with the relevant vendor, who then processes the gift for delivery. Each vendor offers different delivery timelines, but processing time is usually 2-5 business days from receipt of the order and delivery to address.
If your gift recipient is away, there may be a delay between the time you send your initial gift invitation and the time they choose their gift. Please keep this time delay in mind if you're waiting for a gift to be delivered.
