When sending gift invitations by email, &Open enables senders to use AI to generate gift messages. Here's how!

How to use the AI Gift Message Feature

Start by adding gifts to your shopping cart. For help sending gifts, visit this article. When you're ready to check out, navigate to the Sending Method section and select Send using Email. Then, click the ❇️ Use AI button in the Email Invite section.

Select the recipient type and occasion from the dropdowns, and click generate to view the AI generated gift message. Edit or adjust the message if needed.

AI Gift Messaging FAQs

Can I use AI message generation for all send methods?

No, this feature is available only when using "Send via Email" as the send method.

Can I manually edit the AI-generated message?

Yes! After AI generates a subject line and email body, you can edit both before sending the email.

Does the AI-generated content change every time I click "Generate"?

Yes, each time you click "Generate", the AI creates a new unique subject line and email body.

Can I retrieve a previously generated message?

No, once you click "Generate" again, the previous AI-generated message is lost. Make sure to save or edit the message before generating a new one.

Is there a limit on how many times I can generate a new message?

No, you can keep clicking "Generate" to get new suggestions, but remember that you cannot revert to previous versions.

Is there a character limit on the generated email subject line and body?

The generated subject line is limited to 10 words, and the email body is limited to 35 words.
